The letsgo Booking App, referred to as "we," "us," and "our," serves as the intermediary between you (the client), also termed "you" and "your," and the experience providers. The online booking form, along with your experience booking documents (which we will provide as per section 6 (Confirming a booking) below), constitute a contract between you (the client) and the provider. This contract commences on the date your booking request is accepted by us on behalf of the provider, and a 'Confirmation of Reservation' is dispatched to you (the client) via email, as outlined in sections 3 (Correspondence) and 6 (Confirming a booking) below. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that the conditions under which the booking is made are understood and accepted. This contract and any arising matters are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and both parties (you and us) agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All correspondence will be sent to the lead name on your booking via the private email address provided by you during the booking process. Should you require us to use an alternative email address, please provide a private address for emergency use. Any requests, amendments, and cancellations must be emailed by the lead name on your booking to your booking specialist. Written correspondence should be addressed to 6328 Al Yamamah Street, As Salamah 23436, KSA. All other references in these conditions to providing notice to us in writing must be sent to this same email address &nbsp;
3. Data Protection Act: &nbsp;
We are responsible for implementing proper security measures to safeguard any personal information you provide about yourself and your party. While we may share this information with our suppliers and public authorities as required by law, we will not disclose it to anyone not involved in your experience booking. For information on how we handle and use your personal information, please refer to the letsgo Booking App Privacy Policy on our website or request a copy before booking. &nbsp;
4. Making a Booking:&nbsp;
All bookings can be made through our website or mobile app. Once you select a booking option for an experience, it will be held in our systems for a maximum of three (3) days. If we receive another booking request for the same experience within this time, we will notify you via email, and you will have forty-eight (48) hours to confirm your booking and pay the total booking cost via the online booking form or app. 
Please note that payment must be made in full when making a booking.&nbsp;
5. Confirming a Booking: &nbsp;
Your booking will be confirmed upon completing and submitting the online booking form or app and pay the total booking cost. Your booking documents, experience details, and contact details for the provider or local representative, as well as emergency contacts, will be emailed to you in accordance with section 3 (Correspondence) after receiving full payment. &nbsp;
6. How to Pay:&nbsp;
We accept payment via most major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and MADA. &nbsp;
7. Making a Special Request: &nbsp;
Any special requests regarding the experience's facilities (such as specific preferences or essential amenities crucial to your booking choice) should be communicated in writing via email, as per section 3 (Correspondence). While we will relay all requests to the experience provider, we do not guarantee the fulfillment of requests and shall not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or disappointment. &nbsp;
8. How to Amend Your Booking: &nbsp;
Requests to amend your booking must be made in writing via email, as per section 3 (Correspondence). While we will endeavor to accommodate requested amendments, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment. Any associated charges for amendments will be communicated to you upon request. &nbsp;
9. How to Cancel Your Booking: &nbsp;
All cancellations must be communicated to our support team via email. We will process your cancellation promptly upon receipt of your cancellation confirmation. &nbsp;
10. How to Re-book Following a Cancellation:&nbsp;
